there were two circling the area around a very tall apartment building; the one depicted appeared to land on top of the building with the fish while the other continued to circle. There is a visible nest further south along the east side of the river, atop a utility pole, but I now suspect there may be one on top of the Simeon Dewitt apartment complex.
