Found at building adjacent to one of the 10 study buildings (adjacent to 1000 Main)
Some type of hawk. Was being screamed at by a mockingbird, taunted by a grey squirrel, and photographed by me, so overall probably not having a great time. The second photo shows it on the right and a grey squirrel on the left for a size comparison. The last photo shows barring or something on the tail which is throwing me off. Is it just a red-shouldered hawk? Sorry for poor quality images, it was in a tree high up and I had to keep a bit of a distance.
