Watering on August 16 and August 23

Searching for the right amount of water needed to establish the Eco-Patch Test garden and relying only on volunteer donated water for the garden located on Caltrans property, we put 266 gallons on the 1000 sq ft area on the 16th and 312 gallons on the 23rd. The yarrow is springing back from a dri month ni June.
