I am an independent naturalist, author and educator. I spent several years teaching biology and ecology at the University of Minnesota. I currently run the Minnesota Wildlife Tracking Project, based in the Twin Cities. I am the author of a number of nature guidebooks, including Animal Tracks of the Midwest.
