I am currently the curator of the living collections of the Botanical Garden of the University of Coimbra. I am a taxonomist with a special interest in the orchid flora of the Afrotropics and the genus Linaria in the Iberian Peninsula. Some taxa are arbitrary and some taxa are informative of the history of life on Earth. As evolutionary naturalists, we must pursue this screening of information.
