Found a blue nawab caterpillar in my backyard last year and erroneously tried to feed it lime leaves and yellow flame. Failed miserably and now have vowed to improve my knowledge of butterflies and caterpillars through field observations and home rearing the more common butterflies. Beginning to appreciate and learn more about host plants and nectaring plants.
