I am an ecologist, naturalist and public educator with a background in plant ecology and ethnobotany. I have spent the last 10 years living on Lekwungen and W̱SÁNEĆ territory on Southern Vancouver Island, and working with Parks Canada on restoring endangered Garry Oak and Coastal Sand habitats and recovering species at risk in Gulf Islands National Park Reserve and at Fort Rodd Hill & Fisgard Lighthouse National Historic Sites of Canada.
