Himalayan Gray Langur Spotted in North Sikkim, Sikkim, India
While on a trip in North Sikkim, mainly to photograph Apollo Butterflies at a place called Yumesamdong (altitude abour 14,000ft), beyond Yumthang. This lone Langur was spotted eating peaches at a desolate small garden, at a place before we reached Lachung, North Sikkim. It seems there are no reported cases of sighting Himalayan Gray Langur earlier from this region.
