These are screenshots from video my coworker Brian shot. This Bear caused all kinds of a commotion when it wandered down from the mountains to Chatsworth, not a normal place to find a wandering bear. This video was shot, just before 4am, as the bear was looking for a place to get some sleep. As you can see her yawning in the pic. She climbed even higher in this tree and slept until around 8a. Then 4 hours later she came down, wandered around the gated parking lot and then climbed up a different tree. She was there a couple more hours, until Fish & Wildlife folks tranquillized her and gave her a free ride back home to the mountains.
