spixii's Identifications

This is the darkest Robust Velvet Gecko I have ever seen. I thought he was sick to begin with as found him on the ground in daylight. I set him up in a dedicated reptile gecko rehabilitation enclosure and he shed 2 days later. Nothing wrong with him and he remained this dark after shedding, was feeding well and acting normally, so released back outside on dusk. I have seen him several times since still doing well. He is easily recognisable due to his colouring.
