These are adults. The upper animal in the photo is the male, and the female is the lower of the two in the photo. The female has retained the cross-banding pattern that is also found in the juveniles. The male has lost those marking and taken on a uniform, green coloration.
This is a juvenile animal, 45-50 mm snout-vent length.
The black stripe along the side of the neck is well developed in this small animal.
