I found this lichen attached to a tree at lettuce lake. It caught my eye because I have not seen a lot of pink lichens and they are usually green or brown in color. They appeared to be set in pink rings on the tree.
A moss specimen roughly 12 inches in length. A light green coloration with a sporophyte growing on top. Growing on the side of a dead tree, mosses can be found in moisture and shady habitats.

I saw these sword ferns growing off of a tree on the way home from class for my seedless plant.
Flower with 5 white petals with pink speckles. White stamens with pink anthers. Found in a wet forest habitat.
