Apologies for the poor pics, they are not my own--I was sent these photos by one of my boat inspection stewards, who was shown by a fisherman & took a pic of his phone screen. Fisherman recognized the carp-like mouth but was stumped on species. Originally was under the impression this came from Cossayuna, but apparently the fisherman with these pics at Cossayuna was just showing the steward what he had caught in Lake Champlain. Launched from South Bay, caught this around buoy #28 headed North

Tentative ID based on divet in head shape and snout elongation, other possibilities are scamp or snowy, which seem to be a slightly different shape as juveniles
