Solamen glandula or Arvella faba.
I am inclined to call it S.glandula because the ribs seem slightly beaded.
Two other partial shells of the same species posted separately.
Previous obs identified as A. faba from same location: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/161414663
Found in shallow pool of water below rock jetty along with other anemone, snail, and kelp species. Hard to tell how many as they are bc they are translucent with only small maroon/dark red markings. Largest is about 1in long with lots of red stripes but smaller ones are mostly clear. All move with quick sporadic movements, hiding under kelp and chasing each other around.
