Found at the side of hiking trail at the independence park. Weather was a little windy with upper 90’s degree Fahrenheit
This species is a small, shrub-like tree. This tree has a green bark with yellow flowers and thorns. This species can be found in hot/dry areas. Soil was dry and weather was around 95 degrees Fahrenheit.
It was surrounded by other palo verdes and some black brush. The sky was cloudy and mild winds, soil was dry.
Vibrant green stems along with a milder green trunk. Multiple spins running alongside the stem, however, not the trunk. Weather was approximately 92F.
