The population I found comprises roughly ~50 individuals separated among a few stands on the steeper northern slope of the mountain. The individuals in this observation were from the farthest-west population on the northern slope, the other stands being too inaccessible due to steep slopes and hazardous hiking conditions. There is possibly another stand 1/4 mile southwest of the summit. Likely Abies concolor intermixed with Populus tremuloides but some non-erect leaders were observed in the conifers.
