In place of one of my lichen observation I captured this oak tree. Since I am back home in Michigan it is very difficult if not impossible to find some lichen outside but so I’m place I photographed what I believe is an oak tree of some sort. Not sure what kind but the light brown bark color as well as leaf shape gives away the possibility of it being an oak. The leaves are currently orange (winter/fall changed color) and stands very very tall.
