-Bifacial leaves
-Stomata solely on the abaxial surface of the leaves
-Both short non-glandular hairs and long glandular hairs on the twigs
-Abaxial leaf surface with short non-glandular hairs

ssp. purpurea? Found close to coast in rocky outcropping with soaproot. Took pictures of multiple plants in the same outcropping.
