Oh man...........so much to do today. Packing to leave for state master naturalist conference this weekend.
Completely understand. Just home from the Trans-Pecos... But to dangle the carrot. I can almost guarantee it'll take more time to walk from the parking area at Dunlop park at Green Oaks and Fielder than to find the first salamander....
Shoot me phone number while I ponder it. I have to run a couple errands between noon and 1. Might just squeeze in a run up there after that.

Cool and cloudy day, so decided to see if I could locate a sally and checked some other likely spots in that area. Checked the cover boards at the roadside pond and came up blank. Found one at the same coverboard we found the two the day we went @brentano. Then checked a bit down Green Oaks but came up blank there. Also checked at River Legacy in the same area Cullen found larvae a few years ago, but a blank there as well. I think the key for finding them is cover boards. Logs are a bit tougher.
