Moth trap: Hellerup, Denmark, 29/30 May 2013
Robinson trap (MV) run in garden. The following species were found in the trap in the morning:
Plutellidae: 1 Plutella xylostella
Elachistidae: 1 Cosmiotes freyerella
Pyralidae: 1 Aphomia sociella, 1 Zophodia grossulariella
Geometridae: 1 Odontopera bidentata, 1 Xanthorrhoe fluctuata, 1 Eupithecia exiguata, 1 Eupithecia tantillaria, 1 Eupithecia vulgata
Noctuidae: 2 Agrotis exclamationis

In addition 1 Nematopogon adansoniella was found resting on a nearby wall.

Distinguished from other Nematopogon in Scandinavia by the dark rings around the antennae.

Cosmiotes freyerella (Hübner, 1825), to Robinson trap, Hellerup, Denmark, 29/30 May 2013
Pale spot in cilia indicates Cosmiotes. Dirty white face, brown neck, size (>7 mm wingspan) indicate C. freyerella.
