I adore exploring around Northern California's ecosystems (riparian, chaparral, climax hardwood, oak woodlands, and redwood/coniferous forests). I'm attempting to grow native plants, even attempting to grow native manzanitas from seed (liquid smoke and heat treatments). I tend to plant buckeye seeds around local parks during late autumn through winter. I feel most at home in riparian ecosystems, hopefully I can get a future line of work that works with these ecosystems. I may be bombastic and may get plant species wrong (especially annuals, similar appearing manzanitas, and plants from Southern California), do correct me if I'm wrong, it really helps!
