Hello, this is Jennifer!

I was born and raised in the traditional sacred lands of the Manta people (Central Coast of Ecuador). I have been fascinated by the world of plants for as long as I can remember.
I am a restoration practitioner, applied biology technologist, and plant science researcher assistant in the unceded lands of the lək̓ʷəŋən People.
My current research interests are changes in vascular plant communities in Southern Vancouver Island due to habitat loss within urban settings. And the anatomy and morphology of Bursera graveolens.
