It’s 2 o'clock. I have a biology class on zoom and I have some questions about the taxonomy table. The teacher looked at it and found out I still needed one more species, so he recommended Moss Beach for me to go to find the species there. I went there to look for some species of the cnidaria phylum, I drove there, it is about 28 minutes from my house. When I got there at 4 o'clock it was raining and cold. As I was walking on the rocks I fell down because it was slippery. I was lucky nothing bad happened. After that I kept looking for a species but I could not find anything which made me worried because I still need only one species to finish the project. At the same time I had to watch over my 2 years old niece because I took her with me. I was almost giving up on finding a species over there but luckily as I was tying my shoes I saw an anemone attached to the rock inside the water. I felt so happy when I finally found the species because it was a relief to find what I was looking for. I took some really nice pictures and I posted them, hoping they will be research graded, so I can use them and be done with my table. It was approved after 2 hours and I was happy because I had fun and I visited a new place and finished my assignment.

It is Saturday morning, and I just woke up to the smell of the delicious food my sister’s cooking. The food smells so good that I could not help but get up and eat. I am planning to go to Edgewood County Park to look for species for my observation. My friends referred to this park to go to because it has many species. The weather is nice today, it would be nice to hike up the Edgewood trails. It is almost 12pm and I am about to head to Edgewood County Park. It is a 45 minutes drive from home and I am going with my fiance there. I have finally arrived at the park, it looks beautiful. It is quiet and peaceful here. There are too many trails and I do not know which one to take because it is my first time here. I will just take the one the most people take. So far I have only found a squirrel but I could not capture a clear shot because it ran up the tree. I also found some birds but they are so small and their color blends so well with the surroundings that I could not get a clear shot. So far the only species I took some pictures of are mostly plants. I also found some fungal species on the tree's trunk and found a couple of mushrooms. I have been walking up the trail for about an hour but it doesn't seem to end. I am almost at the top of the mountain and I hear some crows making some sounds. It is getting dark here. I think it is time to head back because it will get scary when it is dark. Edgewood County Park was a very beautiful place to visit and I am definitely coming back here in the future.

It's Saturday morning, it's quiet outside. It is usually loud outside at this time during the week because there is a highschool in front of our house and many students and cars pass by here every morning. Today there is no time for a break because there is a lot of homework to be done and I have a midterm due tomorrow. I guess I will be spending most of my time studying today and doing my school assignments. I can not wait for this semester to end. The more we get closer to the end the more work there is and it is getting harder every week. However, I think these are the most important weeks of the semester and they will play a major role in the final grades. I’m feeling optimistic about everything with a little bit more work and studying, I think I will achieve excellent results in my classes. I have made my plans for the end of the semester and as I expected it was going to take more effort in the final weeks of the semester. My plan came in handy and I think I’m better prepared for the challenges and more focused. I believe that to acquire a better result, you must have a plan and strategies in order to achieve your goals not only in school but in life in general. It’s almost midnight and I am so tired. It was a long day studying and doing homework but I got more done than what I had expected. Time for me to sleep, so I can get some rest before the midterm exam tomorrow.

It is 9am, and I just woke up feeling excited because it is my day off where I can get a break from school and have some fun. The weather is cloudy today and a little bit cold, it seems like it will rain. I think I am going to get up to make breakfast. I feel like making pancakes for breakfast today because I have not eaten them for a while. Also, since the weather is cold I will make some warm coffee. I am not a coffee drinker but I drink it every once in a while whenever I feel like I want to. However, I love drinking green Moroccan tea especially with mint leaves, it tastes so good. I have not made plans for today so far, but I think I will call my fiancé to see if he is free to go somewhere nice. It is almost 12pm, and my fiancé and I have decided to go somewhere nice where I can find some species for my iNaturalist observation and take some pictures of them. We decided to go to Lands End Trail Eagles Point near baker beach, it is a natural and beautiful place to go. It is 1:43pm we have finally arrived at Lands End Trail Eagles Point, it is only a 15 min drive from home. The weather here is actually nice, it is cloudy but not as windy as usual. What I love about this place is the fresh air, surrounded by nature, it overlooks the sea, and the beautiful view of the Golden Gate bridge. I am hoping to find some species here to take pictures of. So far I have only found some interesting plants and some birds. I’m trying to find some insects or other small species such as worms or grasshoppers. The best place to find them is under rocks or under tree branches. You can find many species sometimes, especially worms. So far I have flipped over some rock and laying tree branches and found some small insects but I was not able to take pictures of them because they quickly ran and disappeared. It is almost 7pm and getting dark. I am finally heading home, I found many species in Lands End Trail Eagles Point, more than what I expected and I also had a good time.

It is 8am Saturday morning and I just woke up to the sound of the rain hitting my window. I love rain, especially when I don't have work or school. Since it will be raining all day, I think I am going to stay at home. Since I am staying at home and the weather is cold, I will be making some warm Moroccan soup called Harira. It is a mixture of chopped chicken, tomatoes, parsley leaves, cilantro leaves, celery, onion, chickpeas, lentils, rice, vermicelli, water and olive oil. For the seasoning I will be using salt, turmeric, pepper, ground cinnamon, and ground ginger. Harira soup is one of my Favorite meals, because it is very healthy and it contains many important nutrients. It is almost noon and I am nearly done cooking the Harira, just waiting for it to get fully cooked on low temperature. I am done cooking the Harira soup, it tastes so good, better than what I expected. The final touch to make the Harira taste even better is squeezing some lemon juice on top and mixing it to give an extra good taste. It is almost 3pm, I am working on some assignments and trying to get everything done. It is still raining heavily outside. I’m finally done with most of my homework and just sitting on the balcony watching the rain. I love watching the rain, it makes me feel relaxed at the same time I enjoy the fresh air during rain. After all, it was a good day. Even if I did not go somewhere, staying home was a good idea to relax and enjoy the day.

It is a new day, I just woke up feeling very optimistic after a long week. I’m happy that everything I have planned for last week was executed perfectly and everything went as planned. It is now 10am, the weather outside is nice and warm and the temperature is 75 fahrenheit. The perfect weather to go somewhere nice. My fiancé and I have decided to go to Poplar Beach in Half Moon Bay. It has been a while since I went there, in fact I can not remember the last time I went to Poplar beach. It is almost 12pm, and I'm on my way to Half Moon Bay. It is a 57 minute drive from home. I’m on the Cabrillo highway and the view is so beautiful. We are taking this route because it overlooks the ocean the whole way to Half Moon bay and it has less traffic. I’m driving slowly to enjoy the amazing view along the way, especially with the clear blue sky reflecting on the ocean water. I have finally arrived at Poplar beach, it is nice out here, and there aren't many people as usual. It is almost 7pm, and I had a good time at the beach. We played volleyball which was so much fun. After all it was a fun day, I had fun and cleared my head and I optimistically look forward to studying and improving this week.

After a long and busy week with midterm exams, it is finally over. Now I can take a break, and try to enjoy the day. I really needed this day to rethink a plan for the rest of the semester to find the right strategies to get back on track. Also, think about new learning strategies that would help me more to get the most outcome when the semester ends. I have planned and decided to go somewhere quiet where I can have some peaceful time to think and plan. I know these plans are not going to be for this semester only but plans for now and for the long term, so I can progress even further to get closer to my goals and achieve them. It is 12:13pm, and I have finally decided to go to Baker Beach in San Francisco. It is one of my favorite places to go for a peaceful time especially when it is not windy and nice just like today. I have taken my notebook with me to write some of the best strategies and plans that I think of while I am there. I am finally here at Baker Beach. The weather is nice, 70 fahrenheit, not windy, and better than I expected. It is almost 5pm, and I had a good time here at the beach. I have come up with some well planned ideas to help me get the most out by the end of the semester. Also, I came up with some strategies for the long term as well. I’m feeling extremely optimistic about these plans and goals and ready to execute in order to achieve the best results.

I just woke up feeling excited because It’s my usual day off. Looking outside from the window the weather is nice and sunny. My plan for today is to spend some family time and maybe go somewhere nice, where I can have fun or at least clear my head after a long week. It’s almost 12pm, and my family and I have decided to go out to Golden Gate park, the perfect place to spend some time with my family. I have brought my soccer ball with me to play with my dad and sister. Soccer is my favorite sport to play and watch but I have not played in a long time. It is almost 4pm and I’m feeling a little tired after playing soccer. Since I have not played for a long time, I got tired so fast, I had to take a break literally every 5 minutes, but it was fun. We are heading to Chutney, one of my favorite Pakistani restaurants in San Francisco to get some food. What I love about their food is the seasoning and spices which makes their food taste so good. It is 7:30pm and I'm on my way home, it was a fun and exciting day after all. Looking forward to this week and I feel ready for school to learn more.

I just woke up, it is 8am, and it is foggy outside here in Daly City. The weather is a little bit cold, the kind of weather that makes me feel like staying home all day. With the cold weather I feel like making something warm for breakfast. I have decided to make Moroccan green tea and french toast for breakfast. My plan for today is to take a break and go somewhere nice to clear my head and get some positive energy for the rest of the week. It is 10am now and me, my older sister, and my 3 year old niece are going to Napa City for the day. Napa is an hour and 10 minutes drive from home. We decided to go to Lake Berryessa near Napa as well. It is a beautiful and large lake where you go for a family picnic and you can swim in the lake as well. We are finally here in Napa City, it is 12:34pm, and the weather here is actually nice, warm, and sunny. We are going to get some food for lunch and then head to Lake Berryessa. I’m on the road heading to the lake and the road goes through a forest surrounded by trees and green mountains. I’m finally here at the lake, I feel a little bit dizzy from the road, too many turns and ups and downs. Feeling much better now after getting out of the car and getting some fresh air. The weather is actually much better and warmer than Napa, the temperature is 82 fahrenheit. It is almost 6pm and I’m about to head home. It was fun to come here today, I swam with my niece. Also, I rented a jet ski and took a long ride in the lake. It was so fun. I feel like I needed this today just to have fun and relax to refresh my energy to look positively forward to completing my school work throughout the week.

September 17th, 2021.
I’m happy that it is finally friday, the weather seems nice and sunny outside. I feel like going out to get some fresh air or go for a walk along the beach. I’m still thinking about where to go and looking for nice places along the ocean to go to. I think I have finally decided to go to Devil’s Slide Trail, one of my favorite places that overlooks the sea and has beautiful green natural surroundings. It is 11:13am and I’m finally here at Devil’s Slide Trail, it took me a 15 minute drive to get here from home. The weather is beautiful here, not cold or hot, it's just perfect. It is very peaceful here and quiet. I feel like this is what I wanted: a peaceful place surrounded by nature with fresh air which gives some positive energy. It is 11:37am and I am walking up the trail and overlooking the ocean. I took a couple of pictures of the ocean and the plants as I was walking. I’m finally on the other side of the trail, sitting on the bench and overlooking the ocean. Nothing beats the feeling of sitting peacefully here surrounded by nature, it is just an amazing place to be at to clear my head and get rid of negativity. I’m looking at the ocean from above and I see dozens of birds flying down below and some of them are diving into the water. I think the birds are trying to catch some fish to eat, it is not very clear from up here to really see if they caught any fish. It is almost 1:00pm, I think it is time for me to head home, plus I’m starving. I’m finally in my car ready to go home. It was an amazing day and It was fun and relaxing to walk the Devil’s Slide Trail.
