For this nature walk I went to the Newton Woods, on the Newton Campus. The weather was mild with a bit of sun. Apart from the Fungi I saw quite a few people walking their dogs. I lived on Newton as a freshman so going back brought back a lot of memories and seeing people walking their dogs made me miss my dog even more than i already am. I enjoyed this walk as I was able to clear my head and be one with nature once again.

When I went on this nature walk I went to the Pine Tree Preserve. I went at night, so the moon was out and it was dark. There was a light breeze. The birds were chirping and I could here the wind rustling in the leaves. I saw many different types of pine trees and I saw lots of bushes and shrubbery. Walking around the pine tree preserve i felt at peace and very calm. I found it a very nice way to clear my head.
