Some characteristics of note:
Flowers with 5 to 10 stamens and pink anthers, matching leaf shape, single thorns (not in pairs), resin glands present on petioles and leaf teeth (indicated with white arrows in photo 5, and plainly visible in photo 4 which was taken 2 weeks earlier on the same plant), hairless petioles and hairless hypanthia. Tiny hairs on upper leaf surface.
