This plant is tall, thin, and round. It has rough ridges and is dark green with 17 stem sheaths with dark bands at the base. It was found surrounded by many others, forming a colony.
This tree does not seem like a pine tree because the branches are slung very low. Photo was taken outside of someone's house.
Primary branches more or less horizontal; secondary branches pendulous. Leaves and fruit similar to juniper. Cones are more-or-less round and about 1 cm in diameter.
