Tritoniopsis burchellii

Leaves dry with petiole. Stem leaves brown and scarious. Tube length 30mm, dorsal tepal 17mm, filament 26-28mm.
Best character appears to be the bracts, the inner ones are 20mm long. This is compared to T. triticea, where they are only about 13mm long. T. triticea (http://www.ispotnature.org/node/648973) flowered about a month later at lower altitude (seen in 3rd photo alongside bracts of this observation).
