I caught this in New Zealand, so this is my I.D. for now, but it doesn't match really with anything on the internet, and the underside of it's fins are blue, as well as the inside of it's mouth, as far back as I could see. It looks more like a northern stargazer, but they live across the world.
Quite a bit on the Ecklonia deeper out. I was searching for Ceratodoris (Okenia) plana but nothing.
