Probably P. haleakalense as the scales all look pale, but not sure I can rule out bonseyi on some of these that aren't tapered at the bottom.
This one is potentially different. The colour & texture looks a little different than the others that I've called P. haleakalense, and the last photo definitely shows just a couple of scales at the very base with a thin dark central line (or a shadow at a fold?) as per bonseyi.

🇬🇧 Tens of plants in a steep ravine on the edge of the reserve.
🇬🇧 Two plants approx. 10 mts from each other, a little beyond the railway bridge (upstream) in a steep ravine; one plant in front of the fallen trunk in the 4th photo, the other one behind it. The brook is most of the year without water. On the edge of the National National Reserve.
🇨🇿 Přímo nad turistickou stezkou vedoucí skrz rezervaci.
🇬🇧 Directly above the hiking trail leading through the reserve.
