Tree ID: eucalyptus tree
Observations: Fungus was located on bare soil, most likely infected near my tree roots. Closest tree was a eucalyptus tree, located roughly 6 feet away. Tree did not show visible signs of fungus. Only one sporophore was found (on ground). Tree leaves on one side looked more yellow than the other side. No deadwood shown on trunk.

Looked like it was pretty old but that may just be its color
Tree looked like it had been heavily pruned.

Couldnt get a picture underneath because it sat flush against the bark.
Tried cutting it with my knife and it squirted out juice.

HEAT STRESS PROJECT: Temperature during peak heat event 110 degree Fahrenheit. Necrosis, Yellowing areas turning to brown and green on some edges. Some are completely brown crunchy. Spots, specks are worth mentioning either insect feeding or disease. Injury scale #4
